Terms and conditions

About these terms

This website belongs to L-Arka ta’ Noè, an animal park on Triq Bur ix-Xewk, Siġġiewi, Malta. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Opening days, prices and animals

Opening hours, entrance prices and the animals described here reflect the park at the time of writing. Days can change for public holidays, the summer and bad weather, and animals may be resting or moved. The notice posted on our Facebook page and the prices at the entrance on the day apply. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Parties and events

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date. A party or event is booked only when the park confirms it with you directly, together with any terms that apply to it.

Visiting safely

Please follow the signs and the instructions of the park team, keep children supervised, and do not climb barriers or put hands into enclosures. Feed animals only where and with what the team allows.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, L-Arka ta’ Noè is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website.

Intellectual property

The L-Arka ta’ Noè name and tiger logo, the photographs of the park’s animals and the text of this site belong to L-Arka ta’ Noè. You may not reuse them without permission.
